Nelson Manor is our Basic Care neighborhood that was constructed in 2002 and offers 19 rooms. BLNRC Basic Care Services provide an alternative for individuals unable to function in an independent living environment, yet not needing skilled long term care services.
Equipped with a family living room complete with kitchen facilities, a large screen television and a relaxing seating area, Nelson Manor is located adjacent to our large Activity Center where a variety of daily activities and civic events are held.

Effective October 1, 2022 BLNRC has 112 licensed care beds; 95 skilled and 17 memory care. Care is divided into 4 neighborhood settings: Harmony, Legacy, Wheatland, and our memory care in Pine View. Each neighborhood strives to enhance the quality of life for each of our residents.
Quality staff who are trained to meet the individual needs of our residents can be found on each neighborhood. Care Partners assigned to the individual neighborhoods include Nursing, Social Services, Activities, Housekeeping and Laundry. Additional support staff include Rehabilitation Therapy, Nutritional Services, Environmental Services and Administration. Each neighborhood has its own dining area and care station with decor that is specific to each area.

The memory skilled care neighborhood, Pine View, includes a spacious dining room, living area and an outdoor, fenced courtyard accessible to residents, care partners and families. Pine View Court is designed for dependent adults who require care and support while maintaining dignity, quality of life and individual worth.
Our belief is residents with dementia and related disorders have the right to be treated with respect and their care individualized to meet their physical, spiritual and psychosocial needs. Memory Care residents have the right to comfort, activities based on their individual functional and cognitive ability and freedom from unnecessary physical and chemical restraints.
Care is planned by using a multidisciplinary approach integrating the following services:

- Social Services
- Nutritional Services
- Family Input
We believe ongoing support from family members of Memory Care residents is very important, as they are an integral part of the residents care.

Arbor House, our Assisted Living center built in 2009, provides tenants with assistance in an apartment setting. Located at 1705 3rd Ave West in Williston, tenants can enjoy security and independence, privacy and companionship, physical and social well-being, within a Christian environment. Arbor House has both 1 and 2 bedroom apartments available - 1 bedroom apartments are $3,050 per month and 2 bedroom apartments are $3,400 per month. For a 2nd occupant it is an additional $900 per month.
Arbor House features 24-hour staff, spacious apartments, daily meals, nursing and personal care services, exercise, wellness and activity programs, chaplaincy services and gathering and social areas.

Bethel Lutheran Foundation provides Independent Living options for our aging population. These living settings seek to enhance independence through providing a homelike setting in a congregate living arrangement. Residents must be capable of providing for their own personal needs either on their own or by contracting with appropriate support services. Tenants of the following options also have access to BLNRC's Chapel, Beauty Shop, Activities and Transportation for medical care as requested. Priority is also given Independent Living tenants when/if admission to Arbor House or Bethel Lutheran Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is desired. - Bethel Terrace - 1609 3rd Ave. West | Williston, ND
The Bethel Terrace occupies a three-story building with elevator access and houses 15 two-bedroom units and 2 one-bedroom units, which are all pet free and smoke free. The units provide a complete kitchen, dining and living room setting as well as hot water heat, wall air conditioning, patio, on site laundry, off street parking and 8 garages. The building also features a community room.
Rent at the Terrace ranges from $448-$654 per month including wireless internet, cable TV, heat and water. Tenants are responsible for their electricity and phone. Garages, when available, can be rented for an additional $50 per month. Meal service is available.
- Bethel Golden Estates - 56 22nd St. West | Williston, ND
The Golden Estates are a 16 unit senior preferred complex that features two-bedroom units. Each unit includes a full kitchen, laundry hook-ups, wireless internet and two meals a day served Monday-Friday. Rent starts at $1,314 which includes the meal plan.
- Bethel Heritage Estates - 314 18th Street West | Williston, ND
The Heritage Estates, housed together with Heritage Manor, consists of 9 two-bedroom, ground level units. Each unit features a patio, garage, storage room, full kitchen, and laundry room. The common area hosts a pool table and several card tables for use by tenants. Tenants at the Estates also have access to an exercise area, community kitchen, library, spa, barbeque grill and garden court area.
Rent at the Estates is $1,022 per month including wireless internet, utilities and garage. Tenant pays for their own cable TV and phone.
- Bethel Heritage Manor - 314 18th Street West | Williston, ND 58801
The Heritage Manor is housed together with Heritage Estates and houses 8 two-bedroom and 12 one-bedroom units. All units are ground level with no steps. Each two-bedroom unit comes complete with a full kitchen, storage room and laundry room. There are also 10 garages available to tenants. The Manor's lobby area hosts a library, kitchen, dining area, outside patio and inside garden court. Tenants also have access to an exercise area, pool table, card tables and spa.
Occupancy at the Manor is based on income eligibility with rent ranging from $540 - $680 per month including utilities, wireless internet and garages, when available. Tenant pays for own cable TV and phone.
