Dietary Aide - FT

BLNRC currently has a full-time day/evening flex Dietary Aide position open. Our facility is open 7 days a week. Hours for this position could include a daytime schedule 5:30a-1:30p and/or an evening schedule 3:30p-7:30p. Applicant can expect a set schedule with every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Duties include but are not limited to, the ability to identify food usability, handling clean and sanitized equipment/utensils, temperature recording as dictated by supervisor, understanding cross contamination/safe food handling practices, ability to set and clear a dining room, prepare and label beverages accurately, as well as safe food preparation competencies. Applicant must be able to stand or walk 7-8 hours a day and be able to lift 10 lbs. on a frequent basis.
