Can I automate my payment?
Absolutely! Please fill out the EFT paperwork and return to Bethel. Be sure to include a voided check! Please contact our Billing Department with any questions – 701.572.6766.
How is my daily rate calculated?
The rates are set through the state. Individual billing statements are calculated according to the amount of care and additional services needed; more care equals higher payment. For a breakdown of charges please contact our Admissions Team or Billing Department.
How does the admission process work?
Our admissions process is guided by one simple goal: making sure we can safely and effectively meet each resident’s care needs. We have an interdisciplinary team that carefully reviews each potential applicant. This thoughtful process helps ensure every resident receives the quality care, attention and dignity they deserve.
What documents are needed for admission?
Along with the completed application, we need a copy of the applicants photo ID, Social Security Card, Insurance cards (both front and back), POA of health, POA of finances, guardianship paperwork, and the last 2 months of the most current bank statements. Do you accept Medicaid?
Basic Care (Nelson Manor) and Skilled Care (BLNRC) accept Medicaid, but Assisted Living (Arbor House) does not. For more information about Medicaid, please visit their website at https://www.medicaid.gov/
