Houskeeping - FT

BLNRC currently has a full-time (32 hour) housekeeping position open. Our facility is open 7 days a week and the housekeeping department hours range from 6am-3pm. Previous experience preferred, but training will be provided. All employees are required to complete orientation program upon employment.

Duties include but are not limited to, the ability to perform both assigned and recurring general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning, and disinfecting facility including resident rooms as well as common areas. Housekeeping is responsible for maintaining safe conditions for residents, staff and visitors and frequently interact with people throughout the facility.

Applicant must be able to stand or walk 7-8 hours a day, bend, kneel or climb occasionally and be able to lift 1-5 lbs. on a frequent basis and occasionally 20-30 lbs. A complete job description is available upon request.
