Maintenance - PT (Seasonal)

BLNRC currently has a part time seasonal maintenance position open.  Job duties would include lawn maintenance, grounds upkeep and general maintenance duties as assigned.  Applicant must be 18 years old or older and be able to lift/carry 10-30 frequently.  Transfer of heavier items to a utility cart may be needed from time to time.  Applicant must be able to push/pull utility carts, dollies and large garbage carts and be able to stand/walk for 6-8 hours a day.  Job requires full range of motion and the ability to lift, bend, squat, reach, kneel and climb when required.  Fine and gross motor hand control is required.  Applicant should be familiar with all basic household and carpentry tools.
