It is that time of year again - time where you can nominate a LTC worker who has changed your life or the life of someone you love. Nomination forms can be picked up at BLNRC or you can download a copy at https://ndltca.org/caregiver/. The caregiver must be nominated by a resident/tenant or family member. A separate form is needed for each individual nomination.
All employees working in North Dakota long term care facilities or agencies are eligible for the Caregiver Award. Nominate someone who rendered care to you or a loved one by February 5, 2027.
