RN/LPN Unit Manager - PT or FT

BLNRC is currently seeking a PT/FT licensed RN or LPN with excellent communication skills.

Seasoned nurses who are detailed oriented and team players needed to assist our nursing services department.

Focus will be on managing units, developing, maintaining and updating policies and procedures while ensuring quality care throughout the facility.  Collaborating across departments to maintain open communication and a wholistic approach to resident care.  Nursing care, staff development, safety, resident rights and maintaining a professional practice are all included in the responsibilities of this manager position.
